 |
|
 |
JazzBaltica will be celebrating its 17th anniversary with a premiere: The Festival will be focusing on two main instruments and three “Artists in Residence”. Under the motto, “trumpet vibes”, outstanding musicians from Germany, the USA and other countries will be performing in Husum, Kiel, Lübeck and Salzau from 27 June until 1 July. This year’s “Artists in Residence”, vibraphonists Bobby Hutcherson and Joe Locke, and trumpet player Dave Douglas, are exceptional artists of international standing who will be impressing the audience at the JazzBaltica with their versatility and virtuosity as band leaders and project managers. Other artists like Uri Caine, Bunky Green, Randy Brecker, Joe Lovano, Don Friedman and the JazzBaltica Ensemble with Nils Landgren and Wolfgang Haffner will come to JazzBaltica 2007. More information you will find at “program 2007”. |
