The Germany license has now been integrated into the Creative Commons licensing process ( ), so the promotion initiative IMC – India meets Classic is able to license its works (e.g. broadcasting show IMC OnAir – and others) under this jurisdiction’s law.

Creative Commons is working with The Insitute for Information Law at the University of Karlsruhe(ZAR/IRR) and Institut für Rechtsfragen der Freien und Open Source Software (ifrOSS) on porting the Creative Commons licenses to Germany.
